Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

This policy applies to the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is requested for reasons unrelated to product quality, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
If the return is due to product defects, damage, or shipping errors, the related return shipping cost will be covered by Industrial Connections & Solutions LLC.


2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit a Request

Please contact our customer service via email within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

  • Shipping address

  • Contact phone number

  • Email address

  • Product name

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Order number (available in the order confirmation email)

Step 2: Review & Instructions

After receiving your request, we will review the submitted information and provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Return the Product

Please follow the requirements below when returning the product:

  • Use a trackable shipping method

  • Ensure the product and original packaging remain complete and unused

  • Fragile items should be properly protected and clearly marked

  • Include the order information or receipt inside the package

  • Please do not return products without prior confirmation

Step 4: Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will arrange either:

  • A refund
    or

  • An exchange

based on the actual situation.


3. Non-Returnable Cases

Return or exchange requests may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted beyond the allowed return period

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or affected resale value

  • Missing products, accessories, or incomplete packaging

  • Incorrect specification or size selection due to personal reasons

  • Significant mismatch between the order information and actual delivery information (not caused by the platform)

Note: Final eligibility for returns or exchanges is subject to actual review results.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If the product has quality issues or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos or relevant descriptions.

After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement
    or

  • Full refund

5. Order Cancellation & Modification

Once an order is confirmed, it enters the processing stage. Therefore:

  • Orders generally cannot be canceled or modified directly

  • If you wish to change the product specification or style, we recommend following the return process after delivery and placing a new order


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be completed upon delivery of the product.

Please ensure that the shipping information provided during checkout is accurate to avoid delivery failure or delays.
