Shipping Policy

In special circumstances (such as natural disasters, severe weather, or peak logistics periods), international shipping may experience delays.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following European countries/regions:

Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Germany.

Note:
In some countries or regions, additional customs fees may apply depending on local regulations (if applicable). Such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.


2. Processing & Shipping Time

Order processing and delivery times are as follows:

  • Order processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–13 business days (varies depending on destination)

The above timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery schedule.


3. Shipping Method & Carrier

  • Shipping cost: Free shipping

  • Logistics carriers: UPS / FedEx or equivalent international logistics providers

  • Tracking:

    • A tracking number will be provided after shipment

    • Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear

    • If tracking information is abnormal, please contact customer service for assistance


4. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to the following reasons:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • International logistics peak seasons

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Carrier operational adjustments or force majeure events

5. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Before shipment: Orders can be canceled or shipping details can be modified

  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled or modified

If a shipped order is refused by the customer, the package will be returned and processed according to the return policy. Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.


6. Taxes & Customs Duties

In most cases, product prices include applicable taxes.

However, in some cases, import duties or additional customs fees may be charged according to the destination country’s regulations. Such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
