Limited Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase, applicable only to quality issues caused by manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period, if a product is confirmed to have manufacturing defects or is damaged during shipping, the company will provide repair or replacement services based on the actual situation.
The following are not covered under warranty (including but not limited to):

Normal wear and tear from use (e.g., scratches, fading, etc.)

Damage caused by impact, dropping, or human error

Corrosion or damage caused by environmental factors

Unauthorized modifications or structural alterations (e.g., drilling, welding, etc.)

Damage caused by water or liquid exposure
Free included accessories are not covered under the warranty.
2. Battery Warranty
Battery products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty (pro-rated basis).
During the warranty period, if a battery is confirmed to have manufacturing defects, the company will provide repair or replacement services. The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries will continue from the original purchase date and will not be reset.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, battery warranty services do not include cash refunds.
The following are not covered under the battery warranty:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper storage

Exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, or extreme environments (e.g., high heat, sand, etc.)

Unauthorized disassembly or modification

Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, non-manufacturing defects)

Issues caused by non-official or incompatible accessories
-
Improper installation, use, or maintenance not following instructions
-
Damage caused by external factors (e.g., fire, flood, lightning, power surges, etc.)

Use of incorrect charging equipment or improper charging behavior
-
Broken seals or signs of tampering
-
Battery used in non-designated devices
3. Eligible Users
This warranty policy applies to the original purchaser who bought the product through official company channels and becomes effective automatically from the date of purchase.
Warranty rights may be transferred to a new owner under the following conditions:

The product is still within the warranty period (not exceeding 12 months)

The new owner can provide the original order information and proof of purchase
4. Warranty Claims
To request warranty service, please follow the process below:

It is recommended to contact customer service first for initial communication to confirm the nature of the issue and possible solutions.

All warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months from the date of purchase; late submissions may not be accepted.
5. Shipping Damage
If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide clear photo or video evidence.
After verification, the company will provide appropriate replacement or resolution.
Note:
Minor cosmetic issues on free accessories during shipping (such as scratches) are generally not eligible for separate replacement or compensation.
